Refunds depend on whether delivery has started, what was already completed, and whether the order can still be fulfilled. We review each request against payment and order records.
1. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Non-Delivery: We cannot complete the order and agree to cancel it
- Incorrect Amount: Order records confirm a material shortfall
- Payment Error: You were charged twice for the same order
- Service Failure: Technical issues prevent the order from being completed
- Order Cancellation: You cancel before delivery work begins
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:
- Completed Delivery: Coins have been successfully delivered to your account
- User Error: Incorrect account information provided by you
- Account Restriction: Your EA account is sanctioned after a completed delivery
- Change of Mind: You no longer want the coins after delivery
- Completed Service: Order instructions were followed and the service was completed

4. Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Usually 5-10 business days after approval
- Wallet Balance: Usually same day after approval when store credit is the agreed resolution
- Other Provider Delays: Final timing depends on the payment processor and issuing bank
Note: Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- If only part of your order is delivered
- If there are delays but delivery is still possible and you agree to partial cancellation
- If both parties agree on a reduced resolution instead of full cancellation
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks should be a last resort as they:
- Usually take longer to resolve than direct support review
- May pause the order investigation while the payment provider reviews the case
- Can create additional bank or processor steps outside our control
We aim to resolve payment disputes directly whenever possible.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund if:
- Delivery has not yet started
- No account access or transfer instructions have been used yet
- We confirm that the order can be cancelled without partial completion
Once delivery work begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience delivery issues:
- Contact support as soon as you notice the issue
- We review order notes, delivery logs, and payment status
- Approved outcomes may include redelivery, partial refund, wallet credit, or cancellation
9. Compensation Options
Depending on the case, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Redelivery: A second attempt to complete the approved order
- Store Credit: Wallet credit for future use if both parties agree
- Partial Refund: When only part of the service could be completed
- Full Cancellation: When the order cannot be completed and qualifies for refund
